Leesa Davis, President & CEO

Davis took ownership of SB Howard & Company in 2006 after being with the company for 20 years as CFO and VP of Administration. An extensive backgound in claims management and administration give her a unqiue perspective serving SB Howard's client companies.  Davis' personal mission and one with which she leads her team is "to be the premier choice for individualized employee benefits, providing the highest quality claims processing, and service based on integrity, accuracy, and respect for the individual."

Leesa graduated  Oklahoma Christian College with honors in Accounting and Business Management.  Her career in the industry began as an employee benefits specialist at Price Waterhouse of Oklahoma.

Kent Doss, Account Services

His career has been devoted to HR, risk management and administrative services, which makes him the ideal candidate to help companies begin the conversation about becoming self-insured and selecting SB Howard & Company as the TPA choice. Count on his experience in overseeing health and dental programs, short and long-term disability plans, employee benefit trust fund management as well as corporate property and casualty insurance programs to serve your company's needs.  He joined SB Howard & Company in 2008.

Terrie Bolt, VP & Claims Management

With a 23-year history in claims processing, employee benefits and plan design, her talents in handling the complexities and nuances of claims and processing issues are unparalleled.  She handles the day-to-day management of SB Howard's claims staff and client concerns, and is the lead trainer for staff and client teams.

Prior to her joining SB Howard & Company in 2001, she worked in claims at Walmart and with another TPA firm. She has been in the industry for more 20 years.

Cathy Scott, Workers’ Compensation Division 

A subject matter expert with more than 19 years in Workers' Compensation, she is a key asset and champion for the department. Her prior experience in large employer claims processing as well as worker's compensation litigation adds to her value in serving SB Howard's clients since joining us in 1999.  She also handles group medical processing and claimant relations.

Jolene King, Claims

Her in-depth perspective on processing claims for SB Howard's client companies is the result of years at Hudson Foods and Tyson Foods, where she handled internal medical claims. Although relatively new to our staff, her experience is such that our claims processing has become even more dynamic under her vigilant eye.
